Welcoming Tayo Into Her New Role 02.14.24

I’m very excited to officially announce that our amazing teammate Tayo is moving into a new role at SJP. Please join me in welcoming Tayo as SJP’s Deputy Director! As we grow our team and enter this new era at SJP, I am absolutely thrilled to have Tayo in this key position. I know we have all been beneficiaries of her leadership style, ever-present strategic thinking, and systems-focused approach to this work (both internally and externally). In this role, Tayo will continue to do much of the programmatic work she has been doing (including leading our coalition work, high-impact litigation, and other systemic advocacy efforts), but she will also focus more on organizational strategy, partnerships, programmatic development, and building SJP’s capacity. I’m so happy to have the opportunity to work with Tayo in this new capacity.
